I'm here because I'm passionate about building beautiful, high-quality, high-performance gaming PCs. What I really want to do is work with you to create a gaming PC that is customized with one single person in mind: you. Tell me what you play and what you can spend, anywhere from $750 to $3,000+, and I'll design the build around it. In September 2026 I added in-home repair: I come to your home in Montgomery County, fix what I can at your desk, and take the rest to my workshop and bring it back.
The process is simple
1. Talk to me
Tell me what you want in a gaming PC and what your budget is. I can build something for you at any price range, from $750 to $3,000+. Send me pictures of builds you like, or look through my Etsy shop for ideas. Call or text (240) 731-0651, email mark@ngpgamebuilds.com, or message me on Etsy.
2. I design it, free of charge
I work with you at no charge to come up with possible builds, with options on every component so you can customize up or down. I'll find you a great build at a great price.
3. You approve it, I build it
Once you're satisfied with the proposed build and the cost, I create a private Etsy listing for you, you make the purchase, and I buy the components and build your new gaming PC. I keep you informed every step of the way, with messages and pictures showing how the build is progressing.
4. Tested and benchmarked
I thoroughly test and benchmark every component in your new PC and share the results with you. I use standard benchmarks from 3DMark and others, so you can have confidence that your PC performs well and is stable and reliable. You see exactly which components are in the build.
5. Packed and delivered
Local builds are delivered and set up at your desk, free within 5 miles of Kensington. Shipping instead? The original case box goes inside a larger box with cushioning, expanding-foam inserts immobilize everything inside the PC, and the original component boxes come with it. Shipped within one week of finalizing your order.
What to think about before we start
Graphics card
NVIDIA GeForce RTX or AMD Radeon RX. This is the most important component of a gaming PC. Both make great cards across a wide range of performance levels and price points, and I'll help you navigate the confusing choices.
Processor
AMD Ryzen or Intel. Another important decision for overall performance, but secondary to the graphics card for gaming. Both companies build great CPUs; again, I'm here to help you choose.
Motherboard
These differ mainly in features, in how many bells and whistles you get. Third in importance behind the graphics card and the processor.
Case, cooling and lighting
A big, spacious ATX tower, a more compact mid-tower, or a small form factor build? White or black? An all-in-one liquid cooler or an air cooler? Fancy RGB lighting to show off your machine, or a no-frills workhorse?
Memory, storage and power
How much RAM and SSD storage you need, and the power supply to carry it all, now and after your next upgrade.
Anything can be customized
Like a build you saw but prefer a different graphics card or processor? Want more memory, more storage, or a different color? Talk to me. I'll work with you to customize a build that suits your needs.
