What we collect

What you type into our forms (name, phone, email, the address for a visit, a description of the problem, photos you attach), and the pickup-receipt details for a machine we take to the workshop (model, serial number, photos, your description of the fault).

How we use it

To reply, to schedule and perform the work, to invoice, to honor warranties, and — only if you sign up — to send our newsletter. We don't sell or rent it. We never add Etsy buyers to a mailing list.

Your data on your machine

We touch only what the repair needs. Passwords you give us are used only for that job and deleted from our records when the job closes; we never ask for banking or financial passwords. If you want a copy of your files made first, ask for the backup-first add-on. Drives we replace are handed back (laptop drives wiped on request) or wiped before disposal.

Cookies

This site is a set of plain web pages with no advertising trackers, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser except what your browser does on its own. When you send a form, it is delivered to Mark by our hosting provider, Netlify, which keeps a copy of the submission and basic delivery information so the message is not lost. Netlify also records standard server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site online and block abuse.
